Terms & privacy
The terms for buying from Edu Fun Pty Ltd (ABN 88 167 841 956), trading as Edu Fun Australia, and how we handle your personal information.
Terms of service
1. Prices and GST
Prices are in Australian dollars and shown excluding GST, with the GST-inclusive price beside them. GST and delivery are added at checkout. Prices can change, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay.
2. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, subject to stock when you accept.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept by confirming it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; any payment is then refunded.
4. Payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Schools, early learning centres and businesses can order by purchase order, with payment due on delivery. Goods remain ours until paid in full.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery follows our delivery and returns policy. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.
6. Product information
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Natural timber variation, screen colour differences and minor dimension tolerances are expected. Designs or materials may change without notice while the product stays fit for purpose.
7. Safe use
Our products are designed for children under adult supervision. Use the size guide to choose sizes, assemble as instructed, and use products only for their intended purpose.
8. Returns and warranty
Returns follow our returns policy and faults our warranty, both alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, our liability for goods not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use is limited to repair, replacement, or the cost of either.
10. Website and intellectual property
Website content, including photos, designs and text, belongs to Edu Fun. Please ask for written permission before copying it. Misusing the website, such as uploading harmful code, is not allowed.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
