FAQs
What does Edu Fun Australia offer?
Preschool furniture, educational resources and complete classroom solutions for early learning centres, kindergartens and home learning spaces.
What makes Edu Fun different?
Our furniture is made from sustainably sourced European natural materials to strict safety standards, and we can plan and fit out whole classrooms, not just supply pieces.
Are your products safe?
Yes. Our furniture is made from natural materials, carries CE marking and follows BS EN 1729, with testing on FIRA International machines.
Do you offer sustainable products?
Yes. Our beech comes from responsibly managed European forests and production is set up to minimise waste.
Who are your products suitable for?
Children from toddlers through to primary school age, plus ergonomic chairs and tables for educators.
How do I choose the right furniture size?
Use our size guide. It matches a child's height to the right BS EN 1729 size mark, seat height and table height.
Can you customise classroom solutions?
Yes. We can take a project from layout planning and 2D and 3D design through to delivery and installation.
What materials are used?
Mainly solid beech and birch plywood, chosen for safety, durability and their low environmental impact. Storage units use 18 mm MDF with high-pressure laminate.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out, or send us your cart as a quote request. For large or custom orders our team will help you personally.
Do you offer school or bulk discounts?
Yes. Schools, centres and bulk orders get tailored pricing. Ask us for a quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Our standard rates cover Australia. We also deliver to New Zealand and other countries in Oceania, quoted individually.
What is your returns policy?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging, with a 20% restocking fee. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover the return delivery.
Can I get replacement parts or add-ons?
Yes, for many products. For example, our Edu Fun tables accept table legs in every height, so a table can grow with the room.
Do you assemble furniture?
Yes, for larger orders. Furniture can arrive flat-packed with instructions or assembled; our distributor network can install on site.
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes, by appointment. Our showroom is at 11A Corporate Terrace, Pakenham VIC, open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 1pm.

Care & cleaning
Everyday cleaning, all furniture
- Wipe with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and mild detergent, then dry with a clean cloth.
- To sanitise, use a diluted, non-abrasive surface sanitiser as directed, then wipe dry.
- Avoid scourers, abrasive powders, full-strength bleach and solvents such as acetone. Don't soak furniture or hose it down.
Solid beech timber
- Wipe up spills promptly, especially paint, glue and water around legs and joints.
- Limit long periods of direct sun and keep furniture away from heaters.
- Small variations in grain and colour are natural and mellow over time.
Laminate and melamine tops
- Remove marker, crayon and paint with a damp cloth and mild detergent; for stubborn marks, a non-abrasive cream cleaner on a soft cloth.
- Use a board or tray for hot items, glue guns and sharp tools.
Steel frames
- Wipe with a damp cloth and dry. Check and tighten fixings each term.
Upholstery and soft seating
- Spot clean vinyl and coated fabrics with warm water and mild detergent. Solvent cleaners can crack the surface.
Wooden learning resources and toys
- Wipe with a barely damp cloth and let them air dry. Never soak them or put them in a dishwasher.
Regular safety checks
- Once a term, check that chairs and tables are stable, fixings are tight, and there are no splinters or sharp edges.
- Stop using any damaged item and contact us.
